Six Months

 At 6 months Braxten is...

~17 lbs and is 28 inches long

~He wears size 3 diapers, and mostly 12 month clothes

~He now has his two bottom teeth, I didn't know his smile could get any cuter.. but it did!

~Braxten can sit up on his own now, which makes it so much more fun to play with all his toys

~He loves when I hold his hands and help him "walk" although it usually turns into jumping

~Speaking of jumping this kid is a jumping bean! Seriously he bounces ALL the time, even in his sleep ha

~He understands what I am talking about when I say baba (bottle)

~And he knows when I wave and say bye-bye that I am leaving.. and usually starts crying :(

~It is so easy to get him to laugh now, I love it

~He is loving eating "big boy" food now. His favorites are anything with applesauce, pears, squash and oatmeal. His least favorites are peaches, carrots and bananas (Although he is getting more used to those now)

~He loves crackers or any other little finger foods I will give him, with so many adults in the house to mimick I think he loves feeling like he is eating like the rest of us

~Brax can be on his hands and knees and rock back and forth, I imagine I will have a crawler on my hands before too long

There are a million videos, pictures or posts I would like to write. But as I think about my baby being 1/2 year old I get a bit emotional and know nothing I say will ever sum up how amazing he is or how wonderful the past 6 months have been. So I will just say this...

Braxten Robert, I love you more then anything. You are my entire world, I cannot imagine my life without you. Thank you, a million times over for teaching me how to love unconditionally, and reminding me what really matters in life. Lots of hugs and kisses my big boy...
